Infidelity recovery resources

In addition to finding a therapist that specializes in working with betrayal trauma and infidelity, here are other resources:

INFIDELITY support groups:

Betrayed partners can find support in peer facilitated groups through the Beyond Affairs Network (which have other resources for the participating partner also).

There is a group run by a local facilitator in the Greater Toronto Area and there are many resources here, including 1:1 support and resources for the participating partner: Alove - HEAL Support Groups.

Participants in the Support Groups may be in a variety of processes, and all are welcome (e.g. staying with or not with their partner, in limbo, all genders, ages, etc).

There is a group for women only in the Greater Toronto Area. The Women's Infidelity Separation and Divorce Support Group, found on Meetup, and facilitated by a woman who has been through her own process of recovery.
